Services
Formerly known as D & C Paralegal Service, Elias and Camelia DeHerrera have been providing self-help services with legal documents since October of 1987, with the goal to help individual members of the community. From 1996 through 2000, we established a contract with the City of San Jose Treasury Department. We have also provided services to a staff of city investigators, including preparation of legal documents and filing of legal documents with Superior and Municipal courts. Also included in these services were filing and recording with appropriate law enforcement agencies, and process serving in various areas of the nine major Bay Area counties. Legal documents we prepared included bank levies, wage attachments, small claims, proof of services and more. We have continued providing self-help services for more than 20 years and are active members of the community.
